Laser seems to be used for everything today – from the 3D engraving for the elimination of acne. To understand how a laser works on the skin, hair, and acne, it is first necessary to understand what the laser, in the first place. With laser treatments, you can rediscover your youthful looks.
LASER is not the word – it stands for, such as UNICEF or UNESCO. The full form is "Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation". As the definition/full form itself says, the laser beam is produced by amplifying light waves, namely, Enhance their amplitude.
This amplification is done by passing light waves repeatedly into the media caused a wave amplitude to rise. A medium called the "gain medium", and amplification typically using a mirror or prism reflects the total.
The result is that a highly focused beam of energy jet out of the cavity in one of the reflecting surfaces, and coupled with the relatively weaker beam of light that comes from constant reflection and repeatedly occurs.
Cosmetic laser clinics use pulsed lasers. In a pulsed laser, the beam energy is emitted in pulses rather than a single stream, constant and stable. This is useful for several reasons:
- It avoids burning sensitive skin.
- This allows energy to be focused on the nodes that need it, such as hair follicles grow or acne itself.
- This allows the practitioner to control the duration and intensity of the light is better.
- LASER equipment used in cosmetic clinics usually set such that only certain types of tissue will respond to them.
